Join us this April as we explore how nutrition can support a healthy digestive system! In this class, we’ll discuss the benefits of plant-based eating for gut health, the impact of high-fat animal foods on digestion, and highlight foods to include—and limit—for optimal digestive wellness. You’ll also gain practical ideas for building a balanced plate that supports overall health from the inside out.
Our “Foods to Benefit Digestive Health” class will feature three plant-based cooking demonstrations, along with handouts of easy, affordable recipes you can recreate at home to nourish your gut and feel your best.
