Based on the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine’s 21-Day Vegan Kickstart, this seven-class series guides participants toward healthy weight loss, sustainable weight maintenance, and lasting energy. Quality, not quantity, becomes the foundation for health.
We'll meet every Sunday and Wednesday evening to cook together with simple, affordable recipes shown to help lower cholesterol, improve blood sugar and blood pressure, and boost energy and mood—making this a powerful, life-changing learning experience.
