This live virtual class via Zoom brings the Kickstart Your Health series to a close with a focus on supporting healthy blood pressure and long-term heart health. The World Health Organization identifies high blood pressure as one of the leading preventable causes of premature death in developed countries, and the encouraging news is that meaningful improvements can happen quickly when adopting a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.
Traditionally, this final class is a celebratory potluck. Since this session is being held virtually, I’ll be teaching three of my personal, self-created favorite recipes and demonstrating how to prepare make-ahead breakfast burritos—a practical, time-saving strategy for busy mornings and real-life sustainability.
