In this virtual Zoom class, participants will gain the tools and confidence needed to begin a low-fat, whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. We’ll review preparation strategies, discuss early successes and challenges, and build a strong foundation for the weeks ahead—all in a supportive, interactive setting.

 

In this weeks class I will demonstrate the following recipes that can be cooked alongside me or simply observed (you choose)

Green Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
A heart-healthy breakfast rich in soluble fiber, shown to help lower cholesterol and reduce cardiovascular risk.

Chickpea Salad with Orange Miso Dressing
A protein- and fiber-packed dish featuring quinoa, one of the few plant foods that contains all nine essential amino acids.

Portobello Fajitas
A flavorful, satisfying meal rich in selenium, an antioxidant that supports cellular health and helps protect against oxidative stress.
