This class teaches delicious plant-based holiday cooking and nutrition for emotional wellness. The holiday season can be difficult for many of us, with the stresses of the holidays, as well as shorter, darker days. 

 

Research evidence suggests that the right foods can help conquer moodiness and even more serious mood problems such as anxiety and depression. Studies show improvements in depression, anxiety, and anger scores, along with physical benefits, with an anti-inflammatory, plant-based diet. Nutrition is an important contributor to our emotional well-being that is often overlooked. In this class, you will learn about the importance of nutrition and other lifestyle factors in strengthening emotional health and resilience.
