Together, we’ll explore the difference between hunger vs. cravings, learn how to gently retrain our taste buds, and bring more mindful joy into our daily meals.

 

A cozy, relaxed session centered around delicious snacks — perfect for chatting, tasting, and sharing.

 

We’ll prepare together:
