Led by Felicia Asomaning, Licensed Food for Life Instructor, this 5-week cooking and nutrition series is part of the national Let’s Beat Breast Cancer campaign.
Together, we’ll explore how culturally familiar, plant-based foods can help reduce breast cancer risk and support long-term wellness for survivors and prevention seekers alike. Whether you're a survivor, a loved one, or a woman determined to walk in wellness, this series invites you to reclaim your plate, reconnect with your roots, and rise into healing.
