Powerful Foods for Powerful Women

This class is inspired by the book “Your Body in Balance: The New Science of Food, Hormones, and Health”  by Neal Barnard, MD, FACC. which explores a wide range of hormone-related conditions affecting both men and women across all ages and life stages. This class will address how hormones are related to certain cancers and delves into how specific dietary changes can help restore hormonal balance.


Participants will gain valuable, practical strategies they can incorporate into their daily routines—methods that may help prevent, manage or improve some hormone-related conditions. Each session includes a live cooking demonstration, along with handouts featuring simple, budget-friendly recipes that participants can easily recreate at home.
