This class will enlighten participants about the foods and nutrients to prioritize in their diet for optimal brain health. The class features a discussion of the research supporting a low-fat plant-based diet for maintaining brain function and minimizing the risk for cognitive decline. Participants will also enjoy a cooking demonstration of delicious recipes made from a selection of "Power Foods" for the brain and receive educational materials including handouts of recipes to prepare at home.
