This class draws from the popular book Your Body in Balance: The New Science of Food, Hormones, and Health by Neal Barnard, MD, FACC. Focusing on how hormones impact women during menopause, this class examines specific dietary changes that work to bring hormone levels into balance.
Participants will learn lifestyle strategies they can apply in their daily lives to manage menopause. This class includes a video, discussion, resources, and a virtual cook-along cooking class where you'll learn how to make:
