Join Vegan chef and cancer survivor Amberlea Childs to learn about food as medicine and how to cook more plants. This demonstration class will discuss the power of plant foods in disease prevention and introduce you to three plant based (and Gluten free) recipes. Class attendees will receive dinner, recipes, and how to instruction and Q & A. Join us and kickstart your health in the kitchen!

Here's what we're making: Thai Crunch Salad, Brazilian Rice and Beeef Stew.
