Food Theatre: A Fun and Informative Puppet Show about Making Healthy Food Choices

Join us for an exciting adventure that combines fun, education, and deliciousness! Food Theatre is a one-of-a-kind experience designed to make learning about healthy food choices a blast for kids. .

During this hour-long activity, children aged 3-12 years will have the opportunity to explore the world of nutrition through a variety of engaging activities. The event features an informative 5 min long video from experts, a lively puppet show, where colorful characters will take the children on a journey filled with laughter, learning, and valuable lessons about making healthy food choices.

The program accentuates the positives of healthy foods (whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables) found on the Power Plate.  Kids will participate in games and activities to cement their learning. The goal of this series is to provide foundational knowledge and skills to children early in life to set them up for success well into adulthood.
