Understanding Type 2 Diabetes New research shows that reducing the fat we eat helps to reduce the fat that can build up in muscle cells, which can improve the body’s ability to use insulin. Common dietary fat-lowering techniques, such as taking the skin off the chicken or switching to low-fat milk, do not go far enough in reducing the total amount of fat for many people to really repair this underlying problem in type 2 diabetes. Each class includes * NEW RECIPES* live cooking demonstrations with Stefanie's in depth knowledge on plant-based nutrition, educating, and inspiring how to prevent and reverse chronic diseases along with useful handouts, recipes, and Q & A, all in a supportive online group setting.

Learn that health-promoting foods, recipes, and meals can be easy, convenient and tastes great! Each class includes live food demos and hands-on cooking with Stefanie's in-depth food prep knowledge, Q&A, recipes, educational materials all in a supportive group.
Recipes are designed to work for people on a budget who may also have minimal time or access to equipment.
