It is our mission in life to help people really understand the power of food in their lives.

Our guests relax, cook, learn, walk, laugh, observe, eat, eat, eat, practice yoga and meditation, laugh some more and just have a transformational week. (At least that is our goal :-).

Come with an open mind and heart and ready to learn something new.
