Learn about heart health in this virtual cooking class with Alexandra Liles. Join us over Zoom to learn how a plant-based diet can prevent, manage, and may even reverse heart disease. In this virtual program, Alexandra will provide a welcome and overview, a video lesson, class discussion, and a cooking demonstration with Q&A to follow. Related recipes and a shopping list will be sent to all registered participants a few days before the program, along with a required waiver/consent form. Participants are encouraged to cook along with Alexandra during the class.
The signed waiver must be emailed back before the event in order to participate. Once the waiver is received, an email will be sent with the Zoom link for the class.
