In this one-day Healthy Holiday Class, learn how following the Power Plate and lifestyle medicine will enable you to maintain an optimal weight and have more appetite control. This hands-on class will show you how to make beautiful and delicious appetizers and platters with a holiday theme.

Bring your apron, yoga mat and walking shoes as we do a little sweating and stretching. Then enjoy delicious plant-based foods that are perfect for Holiday Magic at your house!

The cost is $35 per person or $60 per couple.
