This class includes:
- COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS of at least 3 recipes per class with a chance for you to ask questions and get them answered by a live instructor that has been vegan for a long time;
- a SIMPLE way to incorporate nutritious and delicious recipes into your routine that use commonly found ingredients;
- the SCIENCE of why eating more fruits, vegetables, grains and beans are great for your body via video presentations from physician, author, and founder of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine Dr. Neal Barnard on various topics (see schedule below);
- lots of SUPPORT from other people in class looking to make healthy changes, from informative resources provided via email including recipes, meal planning handouts, and nutrition handouts.
