Looking forward to sharing not one but two informative Plant-Based Nutrition and Cooking Classes: Cancer-Fighting Foods and Immune-Boosting Foods - on Sunday Oct 15th 1-4pm in Port Washington NY.
Our food choices can help reduce the risk of cancer and enhance survival. Diets rich in vegetables and fruits boost immunity and double the natural killer cell activity to destroy cancer cells. This 3-hour in-person program includes videos and handouts for both topics as well as 5 recipes in a small supportive group setting in a fully plant-based home kitchen setting. Space is limited to 6 participants for added space and the time to answer questions. Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Class location in Port Washington will be shared prior to class for those that register. Hope you can join us!
