SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 5-7 PM ETFoods and Mood: Learn how foods impact your mood, a powerful driver of food choices and coping in times of stress. 

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 5-7 PM ETA Healthy Thyroid: This class will set you on the right foot for following a healthful, plant-based diet to encourage thyroid health with simple yet delicious recipes for the whole family.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 5-7 PM ETTackling Hormone Related Cancers: Certain cancers are significantly affected by hormones. This class will focus on low-fat, high-fiber foods to reduce the risk for cancer and help enhance survival for those who have been diagnosed.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2, 5-7 PM ET Avoiding Environmental Chemicals: This class reviews common chemical exposures and how to avoid them to keep you and your family safe. Common chemicals addressed include BPA, phthalates, pesticides,and hormones. Practical tips are provided for limiting exposure to these chemicals including eating plant-based foods.
