There are many reasons why - some want to lose weight, others want to boost their immune system or treat a health condition, some aim to improve their athletic performance, while many want to lower their carbon footprint and be kinder to farm animals. Whatever the reason, current science shows that eating a healthy plant-based diet is not only good for you, but good for the health of our planet as well. Yet maybe you’re hesitant to make this change because you’re not sure how to start or whether you’ll get all the necessary nutrients?
