Learn which foods (hint: not broccoli) seem addictive and what we can do to break those addictions. Understand how our food choices can lead to food cravings and what to do about it. Even those enjoying a mostly healthy diet can learn strategies to avoid tempting unhealthy foods and food behaviors to break the food seduction.
In this class, attendees learn about nutrition while asking questions and enjoying cooking demonstrations, all in a supportive online group setting. Recipes and handouts will be provided prior to class. Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Early Bird and Buddy Discounts are available.
