The goal of this program is to empower Spanish-speaking populations who have diabetes or concerns about developing diabetes, along with their friends and family members, with new information and skills.

 

Each class offers a cooking demonstration and provide samples of  delicious, health-promoting dishes, along with a take-home packet of easy and affordable recipes.

 

EL OBJETIVO DE ESTE PROGRAMA ES APODERAR A LAS POBLACIONES QUE TIENEN DIABETES, O PREOCUPACIONES SOBRE EL DESARROLLO DE LA DIABETES, JUNTO CON SUS AMIGOS Y SU FAMILIA CON LA NUEVA INFORMACIÓN Y HABILIDADES.

 

CADA CLASE OFRECE UNA DEMOSTRACIÓN DE COCINA, Y PROPORCIONA MUESTRAS DE PLATOS DELICIOSOS Y PROMOCIÓN DE LA SALUD, JUNTO CON UN PAQUETE DE RECETAS FÁCILES PARA LLEVAR A CASA.
