Join me for a 5-class cooking workshop to learn about how simple diet changes can help prevent and heal chronic disease. Classes will meet virtually every Saturday from 10AM-12PM starting on January 22, 2022. In honor of Veganuary, tickets are just $5 per class ($25 for the entire 5-class series).
