Class Dates

This class will focus on menopause as a natural part of life. The content will review topics including hot flashes, unpredictable emotions, changes in sexual function, and memory fog and the power of food to minimize these symptoms. This class includes the evidence based science, discussion of the material, food demos, recipes, Q&A and optional ongoing support in a private Facebook group.
