Healthy Basics gives you the tools to reliably get tasty and healthy foods ready so you never have to go hungry or eat something you rather would not. We will also talk about how to modify recipes to tailor them to your food needs.
The first two classes will be online only. The classes in November and December are planned as hybrid, online and in-person.
The in-person classes are $30 each or $50 for both.
