During this experience we'll talk about making a QUALITATIVE as opposed to a QUANTITATIVE shift in the way we eat. This may be the first time you'll hear that choosing the right food is the guiding principle for staying healthy, not the restriction of the amounts of foods. Learn how a plant-based diet reduces the risk of diabetes and can greatly benefit those who have been diagnosed with the disease. At the end of each class you will have the opportunity to participate in a cooking class where together (via Zoom) we'll prepare some tasty healthy dishes.
