This interactive course combines nutritional education with live cooking demonstrations so that you've got the technical know-why as well as the practical know-how when it comes to starting your new plant-based diet.
Each one-hour class features a discussion and cooking demonstration. Students will learn not only the basics of how to start a plant-based diet, but also how a plant-based diet contributes to good health. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will cover:
