Our food choices can help us manage menopause naturally and reduce the symptoms typically associated with menopause, such as hot flashes, memory fog, irritability, depression, and more. Not everyone has the same experience when estrogen levels drop and our food choices can and often do make a difference.
In this class, attendees learn about nutrition while asking questions and enjoying cooking demonstrations, all in a supportive group setting. Recipes and handouts will be provided a few days prior to class.
