If it is overproducing hormones (hyperthyroidism), we may feel revved up with a rapid pulse and other symptoms. There is evidence that those who follow a plant-based diet, void of meat and dairy, are significantly less likely to get thyroid problems. This class will set you on the right foot for following a healthful, plant-based diet with simple yet delicious recipes.
In this class, attendees learn about nutrition while asking questions and enjoying cooking demonstrations, all in a supportive group setting. Recipes and handouts will be provided a few days prior to class.
