Plant-based foods are beneficial to the brain. Join this class and learn how a plant-based diet can help improve brain function and memory. This class will also show you which foods increase the risk of cognitive decline. Plant-based Power Foods for the Brain offers a research-based approach to dealing with brain health and was developed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

This class will inform attendees about benefits of plant-based foods for your brain. It will also show you how to cook plant-based meals that are delicious and use commonly found ingredients. Plus, you will receive shopping advice, meal planning and cooking tips; and lots of informational handouts sent via email.
