• Describe a diet that is associated with the healthiest weight.

• Explain how dietary fiber tricks the brain, improving satiety.

• List foods that are high in dietary fiber.

• State the calories in one gram of carbohydrate compared to one gram of fat.

• List high-fat plant-based foods to avoid.

• Describe healthy low-fat cooking methods.

• Explain how a low-fat, plant-based eating pattern increases the after meal “calorie burn”.

• Explain and follow the 3 way weight control.

• Describe additional steps to enhance weight control.
