Learn the right food choices that can help reduce the risk of developing cancer as well as prevent a recurrence. The National Cancer Institute research shows that as much as 33 percent of cancer risk may be related to diet. This series includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote or discourage cancer growth, along with demonstrations of simple, delicious recipes that can be easily recreated at home.  This class follows the science-based Food for Life program developed by the Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine, and is taught by Granetta Coleman, a certified Food for Life Instructor and owner of Rooted Dish via zoom.
