Using a plant-based diet to fight heart disease and hypertension, known risk factors for severe Covid-19
Sunday, June 14, 2020 3pm to 5pm

Feeling helpless during the COVID-19 pandemic? Join me for an empowering and potentially lifesaving online nutrition and cooking class program specifically designed to address the power of foods to fight heart disease and high blood pressure, which are known to increase the risk for severe coronavirus infection.

This stand-alone class is especially for those who may feel intimidated in the kitchen or unfamiliar with preparing plant-based foods. We start with a group discussion, watch a short video, and I provide demonstrations of how to prepare several simple, plant-based dishes. The 11 minute video explains how diet affect the health of our hearts and blood vessels, and how changing what we eat can lessen the symptoms of heart disease (like heart pain and sexual problems) - sometimes even reverse heart disease - lower high blood pressure, and reduce diabetes.

I have worked with many clients who have turned around diet-related disorders such as heart and vascular diseases through diet changes. I would love to share this life-changing information with you.

The class fee is $10/person.
