During this nutrition and cooking class, we will focus on how our food choices can help us manage menopause naturally and fight moodiness and stress. Our guts make more serotonin than our brains. Find out which foods can help us to reduce the symptoms typically associated with menopause and boost our mood. Attendees learn all of this while enjoying cooking demonstrations of delicious, healthful dishes and reviewing useful class materials and recipes, all in a supportive online group setting. This 3 hour program from the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine and taught by a certified instructor combines all the nutrition education and 5 recipe demonstrations from two PCRM Food for Life Classes: Managing Menopause and Foods to Boost Your Mood.
