Food for Life: Kids Health

Poor diet and lack of exercise put today’s children at greater risk for heart disease, diabetes, and cancer later in life. A foundation for healthy eating is needed. Kids will learn about nutrition and how to cook healthy recipes in each class. A consent form is required.  Note: Class will not be held on 1/1.
