Food for Life: Cancer Project classes offer a unique opportunity to:
* Acquire knowledge about the link between diet and cancer
* Experience the benefits of plant-based nutrition
* Learn the practical cooking skills needed to help you on your journey to better health.
In the Food for Life: Cancer Project classes, attendees do all of this while enjoying a cooking
demonstration and tasting delicious, healthful dishes.
This series of 4 classes includes dinner each evening and a copy of the book, The Cancer Survivor's Guide, by Neal D. Barnard, MD, Jennifer K. Reilly, RD and Susan M. Levin, MS, RD which includes the science, more than 130 delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes, references and resources.
Classes are from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday evenings: Jan. 12, Jan. 19, Jan. 26 and Feb. 2
