WEDNESDAY 12/4 — Kickstart Your Health – Go Vegetarian!
Discover the relationship between diet and chronic disease with cancer survivor, Amberlea Childs. This class will discuss the power of plant foods in preventing specific diseases like heart disease, diabetes, weight loss and how food can help the body heal from illness.  Kickstart is ideal for those interested in weight loss, disease prevention and/or optimal health. Class attendees will learn about food as medicine, eat delicious food, and view a cooking demo. Join us, you’re worth it!
