Learn how to prepare tasty, cancer-fighting meals loaded with antioxidants and phytochemicals in a friendly, supportive setting. Classes include a short lesson, a cooking demonstration and food sampling, as well as information on planning meals and maintaining a healthy weight. Class topics include:
