Each class is 2-hours and includes a 15-20 minute DVD lecture by Dr. Neal Barnard, nutrition dicussion and tips, live cooking demo of THREE new recipes each class, and a meal of delicious plant-based foods.

Class open only to Gibbs Cancer Center patients.

 

Registration for this class is required. The class tuition of $100.00 is being paid by generous community donors and commitment to all four classes is required.

 

Food will be served near end of class time, so you may want to eat a snack before coming for the 2-hour class.
