There is a $50 fee for this 3 hour program, which includes 2 PCRM classes and all food and handouts.

This is a combined program, offering all the nutrition info from 2 classes - Digestive Health and Favoring Fiber - along with 5 delicious recipes in a 3 hour class. In class, you receive nutrition education that will support your digestive health (including conditions such as GERD, Irritable bowel syndrome, Lactose intolerance, Crohn’s disease, Gall stones, Colon cancer and Constipation), as well as learn the importance of fiber and the best sources. In addition to valuable nutrition education, you will get to sample different dishes, take home recipes and handouts, all in a supportive group setting.
