There is a $125 fee for this two-day intensive series, unless you sign up with a buddy and then it's $100 for both. Payment will be collected the first day of class (cash, check, credit card) unless I get 20 people signed up beforehand. Then I will start collecting payments to secure your spot.

I am trying to set up an OPTIONAL grocery store tour and Forks Over Knives movie showing. These events are not part of PCRM's Food for Life program. Times are TBD, but the tour would likely be Saturday and Movie will likely be Sunday after class. The VitaChef building is a small, yellow, two-story building with no signage. I will have my Food For Life banner out in front. PARKING: There are several places you can park. (1) in the gravel lot to the right of the VitaChef building. You can ignore the tow-away signs. (2) on Hendricks there are about 3 spots in front of Cross Training San Marco gym. (3) You can park on Landon street, just south of the VitaChef building. The class is intended to be taken in its entirety. If interested, please plan to attend both Saturday and Sunday from 12:30-4:30pm.
