Join Leslie Haas for these veggie-friendly cooking classes based on the science of the “Food for Life” eating program! This award-winning program designed by physicians and dieticians includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote health and provides easy recipes to use the power of nutrition to bring health to the body. Included in the fee for these seven informative and tasty sessions of food facts are video clips by Dr. Neal Barnard, handouts, cooking demonstrations and sampling of recipes, printed recipes to take home and links to helpful resources. This class has limited seating and is currently open ONLY to residents of Sun City Hilton Head. Contact instructor Leslie Haas if you are not a resident and/or want to be notified for future classes.
