Born, educated, and currently based in Mexico, Ximena brings over eight years of experience in private practice and five years delivering health education to individuals and communities. Rooted in a lifestyle and plant-based approach, her work integrates the science of nutrition with a deep understanding of behavior and habit change. Ximena supports individuals worldwide—especially Spanish-speaking clients—through personalized virtual and in-person guidance focused on long-term well-being.
