Shannon Kennedy, DC, is from Shawnee, Kan. She attended the University of Central Missouri and earned her Bachelor of Science in biology, with a minor in chemistry. She then went on to attend Logan College of Chiropractic but later transferred to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic. In April 2019 she earned her plant-based nutrition certificate with T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. After graduating from Palmer in June 2019, Dr. Kennedy moved back to Kansas to attend school for animal chiropractic at Options for Animals. Dr. Kennedy specializes in plant-based nutrition, diversified technique, soft tissue therapies, Logan Basic technique, flexion distraction, and Gonstead technique, as well as canine and feline chiropractic. Dr. Kennedy has a passion for helping people make small changes toward a plant-based diet and a more healthful lifestyle.
