Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in EMDR (eye movement and desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy to treat anxiety and a full range of traumatic stress responses (which can include phobias, panic attacks, depression, PTSD and relationship problems).

I am passionate about providing trustworthy in-person care, locally in Berkeley, CA Mondays-Fridays (virtual services are also available if needed to those throughout California or Michigan). I am both a committed vegan and a competitive athlete who trains 5-6 days/week.
