With over 25 years of experience, Peg is a NYS licensed clinical social worker, ACT Diplomate certified cognitive therapist, and life coach. She is also a facilitator at the Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute and a PCRM Licensed Food for Life Instructor. Peg believes that while psychology is an important component of mental and emotional health, a holistic lifestyle is vital to achieve and maintain optimal wellness. As an ACLM member, Peg enjoys incorporating the six pillars of lifestyle medicine in her work with clients.
