Mona Shah, MD, MPH, DipABLM is a double board-certified physician specializing in General Preventive Medicine/Public Health and Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Shah earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed residency training in Internal Medicine, General Preventive Medicine and Public Health through Abington Memorial Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She also serves as Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.

With experience spanning clinical medicine, global health, and nonprofit leadership, she has worked with the World Health Organization as a medical officer and later as Director of Operations for IMAI Alliance. Her work is driven by a passion for addressing the root causes of disease and improving health through evidence-based, whole-person care. In her practice, Dr. Shah focuses on the pillars of lifestyle medicine to help prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease.
