Dr. Lustig has promoted a plant-based lifestyle for many years, leading the Cooking With the Doc program entitled "How To Eat a Rainbow" at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital. Dr. Lustig is board-certified in family medicine and currently serves as the president of the Ohio American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She works with family medicine residents as the assistant program director of family medicine for UH Regional Hospital and division chief of family medicine at Bedford Regional Hospital.
