Dr. Graff trained initially as a family medicine practitioner and spent the first 17 years of her career treating patients as she was taught-with pills and procedures. After suffering a personal health crisis, she discovered the power of a whole food, plant-based diet in 2014. She has committed the second half of her career to lifestyle medicine and its ability to prevent and reverse disease. She sees patients residing in New York state via telehealth appointments through Lifestyle Telemedicine (LTM). She also serves as medical director for Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute (RLMI) where she provides medical support for participants in their 15-Day Whole Food Plant Based Jumpstart program. In addition, she oversees RLMI's Lifestyle Medicine Grand Rounds, which presents cases of health transformation through diet and lifestyle.
