Kelly is a registered nurse and plant-based nurse educator, and Florence is a teacher and health coach. Both volunteer as EMTs at their local volunteer ambulance corps and perform telemedicine consults for a plant-based doctor in Alabama. Both Kelly and Florence are vegan and have certificates in plant-based nutrition via eCornell at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. They completed the Rouxbe Forks Over Knives cooking course. Kelly is currently becoming board-certified in lifestyle medicine and attends many medical conferences around the country. Since 2018, they have presented keynotes for multiple groups, including a CME course for first responders, have been invited to speak at local events, and run group classes both online and in person. They welcome private clients.
